Luckily I don’t start back shooting until late February, I figure by then I will completely have gone bat shit crazy □ might I add before this whole mess happened, I could edit on my laptop in LrC but NOTHING would sync back to my mobile which I use frequently. This has brought my whole process to a complete standstill. I’ve never seen such a mess and I seriously don’t know what to do either. Open up Lr web and there still sits 30k images and syncing until the absolute end of time. Go to open LrC says syncing 35k images when the rep CLEARLY deleted everything in Lr web I watched him do this remotely. I am only using the CC versions, and I never work with any datafile that is many gigabytes in size, so your milage may wary. Two hours later it looked like we got it completely wiped. I sat on tech support with a rep while we did everything trying to delete everything from Lr to LrC. However syncing went to straight garbage. Like you I tried deleting everything which sucked, like 40k images, but I did have things backed up and saved. Lightroom CC is available through Adobe’s Creative Cloud subscription service, the least expensive of which, the Creative Cloud Photography plan, costs 10 per month and includes Lightroom. Then I noticed Lightroom would take literally FOREVERRRRR to switch from library to develop. It all started when I had a hard drive crash. My gosh I’ve literally been in the same boat with this expect I’m not using a Mac.
